Unlike conventional gyms which opt for the modern interior look, FX boxing club takes on a more masculine vibe. Black dominates the overall monochrome interior to fit the visual profile of FX boxing club as a boutique boxing fitness club. To steer away from a cold and sterile that comes with a modern industrial interior, wood accents were weaved gently into the gym interior design. With appropriate space-planning, the gym interior design incorporates sufficient space for the gym members to change and freshen up and even an office for administrative works.
Despite the relatively large floor space, space planning was still essential to craft out dedicated working areas for the pantry, bathroom, office area, and relatively large work out area. One would notice the vintage ventilation blocks by the windows which add a touch of heritage. While the addition of these retroelements gives the studio interior design its own distinctive charm, it was weaved indiscreetly into the modern industrial interior, as changing the windows panels was not an option.
